If you believe you qualify for a refund under these exceptions, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the billing period. To cancel your subscription, log into your account and follow the cancellation instructions.
For one-time purchases, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued except under the exceptions listed above.
